    This position reports to

    Marketing & Sales Manager
    Your responsibilities

    • Driving the profitability and life cycle of products and services by defining pricing guidelines and market position.

    • Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to meet customer orders, while tracking and analyzing the performance and trends of products and services

    • Working closely with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products and services.

    • Providing technical and commercial assistance to the sales team.

    • Working closely with the HR team to ensure is properly organized, staffed and directed.

    • Guiding, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electro-Mechanic or Electronic Engineering.

    • 5 years of experience in sales and experience with IEC motors and/or electric products sales.

    • Market analysis and sales strategy.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, Sales Force and Abacus.

    • Availability to travel.

    • Advanced English level.
