    Working as a Product Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing and sales team in PAPI Solutions, Process Automation Process Industries (PAPI), defining marketing plans, including marketing communication, training and sales initiatives. This position consists of managing a portfolio of Quality Management System software and optimization tools and products. Provides the internal and external technical expertise and counsel relating to engineered quality management solutions and their sales potential. Participates in programs to develop, launch, market and manage Company solutions and services. Provides stakeholders with engineering and product management expertise for on line and off line value driven software applications targeted specifically to meet the needs of the Pulp & Paper industry. You will be responsible for understanding the market and customer needs, performing competitive analyses, managing the assigned portfolio, providing input for product portfolio development activities and managing product lifecycle activities. Foster and direct the implementation of aggressive measures to achieve global acceptance, increase sales, provide cost savings, maximize profits and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop, introduce and manage, within budget, comprehensive product management strategies and related activities. Lead or participate in reviews to determine commercial viability of products, resource requirements and potential risks. Influence decisions that may have major impact on the organization's sales, market share and financial results
    • Ensure that business and technical opportunities related to the assigned product portfolio are recognized and the business units are positioned to take full advantage of these opportunities. Work with Research and Development teams to determine requirements, business cases and specifications for new products and enhancements. Work with Marketing team to develop materials and coordinate product launches
    • Develop and deliver high quality technical sales presentations to customers, trade groups and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate effective communications regarding assigned products among the various business units to ensure accurate, consistent and timely flow of information. Ensure availability and effective use of specialized equipment for sales and related activities. Provide technical direction and advice to sales staff and promote their technical and professional development

    Your background

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field required and minimum of 10 years of paper automation systems experience
    • International travel may be required up to 15%
    • Strong communications and internal and external presentation skills are required
    • A high level of competence in using standard Company computer applications, including Office 365 applications is required
    • Travel: 25% throughout the world
