Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager for Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for defining, planning and ensuring implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Creating, planning and ensuring implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Ensuring achievement of established targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
- Developing and implementing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups
- Ensuring profitable business growth in the domestic market. Ensuring a balanced growth through all product lines/Product Groups/Business Units
- Providing product and technical support to sales team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Working together with the Order Handling team and the logistics team to ensure operational efficiency on inventory and customer satisfaction on delivery
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization
Your background
- Minimum Bachelor’ Degree, majoring in Electrical/Engineering related
- Proven successful professional product marketing and sales management experience
- Previous experience in electric and automation industry
- Strategic orientation, ability to influence the organization on the strategic direction of the business, and drive tangible and concrete actions to ensure progress
- Strong technical acumen, experience influence key customers, and partners
- Demonstrate ability to motivate lead and influence individuals and teams and continuously drives for change and innovation through people
- Must be good at Chinese native, fluent on English both in written and oral
