    Product Marketing Mananger

    In this role, you will define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies for Low Voltage Switchboards in United States of America, meeting business targets and aligning with the product strategy. You will oversee all sales and marketing activities and events to drive sales and increase market share.

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop, execute and communicate the product marketing plan and United States go to market strategies
    • Management of new product launches, releases and expansions working with the global product management to improve the current offer in line with market requirements and ensure local product market acceptance position the product to ensure access to a wide range of opportunities. Ensure that the marketing material is up to date
    • Coordinate with cross functional and cross division product marketing and sales team members to define appropriate forecasts and plans
    • Identify current and future trend/high expansion segment and collect, evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitive data with a focus on Commercial and Industrial users, contractors and distributors
    • Develop and conduct sales training and relevant promotional activities

    Your background

    • Bachelors Degree in science in Electrical Engineering, Marketing or in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical products management or sales
    • Understanding of C&I market and experience in engineered product solutions proposals, sales or engineering
    • A collaborative, solution focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills, as well as relationship building skills
    • Strong analysis and problem solving skills is required
    • Ability to travel United States up to 30 percent
    • Experience with SAP is preferred
    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
