    You will be working as Product Marketing Specialist and will be reporting to Marketing Manager and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for Implementing product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Implementing all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products

    Your responsibilities

    • Implementing the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
    • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
    • Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups & preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
    • Coordinating market analyses with Sales/FES team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans & evaluating and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data
    • Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales/FES team
    • Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each sales person & facilitating know-how sharing and cross-collaboration

    Your background

    • Graduate Engineer in Ele / Open for Diploma qualification with 8-10 Years Experience
    • Knowledge of AT Switch market knowledge and exposure to end user specification work and channel development, Change Over Products
    • Knowledge of Low voltage switchgear market is must preferably also business development or technical promotion.
    • Handling or be a part of team who work on strategy on business or customer acquisition
    • Having eagerness to meet customer and drive the business strategy
    • Willing to travel and meet new customer
