    As a Product Marketing Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, China, you will be responsible for defining marketing strategy and lead the overall marketing activities in China to propel the business growth of EPR (electronic relay product) & Safety business. Overseeing strategic planning, application support, product management, pricing, training & education as well as other marketing activities.

    Your responsibilities

    • Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategy and product positioning for breaker to drive business growth.
    • Working with sales to ensure right product strategy implementation. Coaching and leading sales team to run business in efficiency way. Designing, organizing and implementing training and education activities for sales, distributors and customers to ensure accurate product knowledge and application methodology being delivered
    • Obtaining market intelligence through market research on customers, competitors, market potentials, and product competitiveness
    • Strengthening the application support internally and externally to ensure better application by customers and smooth communication
    • Developing, leading and managing the execution of new product launch

    Your background

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of related products is preferred
    • Very good knowledge and understanding of Low Voltage Products
    • PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office
    • Must have good presentation, selling and interpersonal skill
    • Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team
    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering is require
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
