    Product Marketing Specialist-Electrification

    Working within the ELSP in Italy, you will be responsible for implementing ABB ABILITY product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy and be accountable for key business metrics, prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute to increase market share. In this role you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.

    Your responsibilities

    • Designing & Implementing the local go-to–market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities (pricing, positioning, segment / channel strategy, Lead Time and stock policy ….).
    • Analyzing and leveraging market trends, competitive scenario and business data to design the best product positioning.
    • Be the referral point as skilled product expert on ABB Ability Energy Manager & Digital Products and platform, giving pre and post sales technical support.
    • Supporting sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them.
    • Defining appropriate forecasts and preparing business/marketing plans focused on business development for ABB Ability Digital platform (Energy Manager).
    • Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies.
    • Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team.
    • Visiting customer & listening / understanding market needs to anticipates clients’ desiderata.

    Your background

    • Master Degree in Engineering Field.
    • More than 3 years of experience.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
