    This position reports to

    Regional Product Group Manager
    Your responsibilities

    • Implementation of the Offers of the products and solutions assigned in a timely manner. To do this, it must analyze the customer's technical specifications, interpret them and look for the best technical and economic solution that meets the client's requirements and international and local regulatory indications. Coordinate offers and negotiations with factories and third parties.

    • Implement the assigned product and solution marketing strategy, defining and communicating value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the overall product marketing strategy.

    • Execute the annual marketing plan. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market.

    • Coordinate market analysis with sales team members and define appropriate forecasts and plans.

    • Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.

    • Support sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the sales team.

    • Drive sales efficiency by providing adequate technical and sales knowledge information and training for each member of the sales team. It facilitates knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar.

    • At least five years of experience working in similar positions.

    • Knowledge in medium voltage product management.

    • Knowledge of the market and customers of utilities/EPC/equipment distributors.

    • Proficiency in software such as SalesForce and Microsoft Office is desirable.

    • Intermediate English level.

    • Excellent communication skills (communication with technical and non-technical people).

    • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and multiple demands.

    • Leadership and teamwork skills.

    • Proactive, orderly and methodical.

    • Great negotiation skills.

    • Availability to travel (20%).
