Working in the Motion Business Area, Drives Product Division sales team, you will be working with internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will perform various Product Management activities to assist in the development, launch, maintenance, and profitability of PLC Products in MOTION Business Area.

Your responsibilities
- Helping to resolve customers issues with PLC Products— which may involve visiting customer sites.
- Identifying new product development or enhancements and creating innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Delivering basic training to internal teams and customers.
- Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval.
- Preparing reports on market, product and competitor activities for the sales and marketing team.
- Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities.
- Support sales network visiting customers and promoting PLC products.
- Support strategical initiatives and economics KPI achievements.
- Collaborate with application sales specialist and drives products PM for developing product package sales and software application solutions.
- Support PLC products initiatives of OEM HUB in Southern Europe Countries.
Your background
- Degree in Automation/Electrical field.
- 2 years of experience working as Product Specialist in Automation field.
- Demonstrated experience of marketing and sales strategy.
- Sound knowledge of PLC and the Automation market.
- Knowledge and experience of CoDeSys programming language is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
