Assists with resolution of customers' issues with Utility Products which may involve visiting customer sites.
Identifying new product development or enhancements and creating innovative solutions to meet customers' needs.
Delivering basic training to internal teams and customers.
Support sales network visiting customers and promotional activities
Lead pre-sales activities in collaboration with sales and marketing, interfacing with customers' technical and commercial teams.
Assist marketing and product management teams in commercial bids, including pricing and cost analysis when required.
Support product launches, coordinate technical support for new products, and assist in creating publications and training materials with the Marketing communications team.
Maintain a competitive knowledge base and serve as a technical expert.
Collaborates with internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Re-search & Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfac-tion.
Degree in Electrical field.
Project management experience an asset.
5+ years of experience working in Electrical Utility industry.
Fluent in English and French
A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and rela-tionship-building skills.
Self-motivated, curious with a desire to learn about new technologies.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
