    Production Administrator

    The Operations Support position will report directly to the Production Manager with the role involving use of an ERP System (SAP) – Enterprise Resource Planner – Which streamlines processes across procurement, manufacturing, sales, finance and HR.

    Your responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Production Manager and Production team.
    • Responsible for general procurement and order processing, identifying and processing priority orders
    • Working with the Production Manager to ensure all Customer Orders are dealt with in professional and timely manner.
    • Raise PO’s and plan deliveries of product and expedite deliveries and shortages
    • Input for collection of consignment manifests
    • Ensure that all Planning Reports & associated KPI’s are up to date
    • Collating and filing all POD’s
    • Proactively liaise internally with production, project sales team and suppliers
    • General admin duties – diversion of calls, team administration, updating Technical Construction Files
    • Provide priorities to production as required
    • Resolve and report suppliers invoice queries
    • Identify irregularities, communicate, manage and confirm they have been resolved
    • Communication with colleagues in a professional and clear manner, both written and verbally
    • Accuracy, precision, speed and attention to detail
    • Communicate to a wide range of people at all levels
    • Organizational skills, transparency
    • Understanding of main processes relating to Orders, Production Planning and Despatches
    • Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel

    Your background

    • Would suit someone who has experience of working with an ERP System (SAP) before within a warehouse / factory environment
    • Training for the position will be given for a reasonable period but experience is necessary
    • Must have some initiative, be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and H&S conscious
    • Must have a flexible approach to daily tasks and willing to do overtime if required
