    Position summary

    the efficiency of all external production processes. • Lead the team for switchgear manufacturing process management, optimization and standardization. • Lead the team for MNS switchgear's component layout and wiring harness design. • Set up shopfloor operator competence matrix system, and provide sufficient skill trainings for assembly workers and assessment • CCRP handling related to manufacturing processes • Set up and maintain ETO product assembly time standard. • Responsible for new product or new technology introduction
    Qualifications for the role

    • 5 years relevant industry working experience
    • Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, etc.
    • Good enough in English skill(Spoken and written)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and documentation skills
    • High responsibility and ownership
    • Good management skills in leadership
    • Working under pressure and good learning ability.
