As a Production Development Specialist, you will drive improvements in production processes in Electrification – Distribution Solutions. Reporting to the Production Development Manager, your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way.

Your responsibilities
- Defining the sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.
- Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.
- Investigating new methods, technologies and changes in equipment and process design to meet specifications.
- Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources and personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and a skilled, competent team.
- Consulting and working with production operators and supervisors to implement changes on the production line.
Your background
- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related.
- 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Catia.
- Strong technical skills in punching, press, bending and welding.
- Advanced English level.
