This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Business. You will be mainly accountable for: • Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements. • Prepares technical documentation regarding the process phases and the related methods and cycle times in order to ensure optimal OEE, Efficiency and Productivity, assist the Production by providing and giving advice about updated processes, machines and technical requirements • Assist Continuous Improvement activities by being active member in Gemba Meetings, Quality Circles meetings and Problem Solving sessions • Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices. Qualifications for the role
You have 2 years of experience in Manufacturing with assembly processes
University degree in Engineering
You are at ease communicating in English
Sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5s, TAKT, OEE, Problem Solving Methodology, Value Stream Maps) will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be considered as an advantage
Good computer literacy, especially MS Office, AutoCad, Solidworks
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
