    Position summary

    plant equipment, personnel and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs and proper productivity level).
    Your responsibilities

    • Organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently. Responding to resource issues as necessary. Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line along with production scheduling and planning

    • Ensuring that production scheduling and production planning meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels

    • Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.

    • Ensuring execution of volume, conforming product and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines. Taking care of sub-contracting parts like fabrications and LVCs

    • Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance

    • Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams

    • Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

    Your background

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering

    • Required minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in similar role, manufacturing experience of lean manufacturing, SAP and excel

    • Ability to read manufacturing drawings

    • Experience in Switchgear manufacturing is preferred

    • Should be familiar with purchase function and handling the sub-contracting parts

    • Good communication skills
