Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up and defining action plans. Guarantee continuous support during mass production.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, coordinating the necessaries activities.
Developing standardized manufacturing operation process, and preparing instructions, documents and SOP
Bachelor's degree or above, major in IE or Electrical, Mechanical design and automation
3+ years of work experience in Manufacturing field environment
Knowledge of lean production and continuous improvement principles
Knowledge of Solid Works, SAP, 6 sigma black belt certification
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, great passion on technical challenge and issues solving
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
Be good at oral and written English
