    Position summary

    fficiency. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Traction business area in Untersiggenthal. Main stakeholders are production teams, supply chain management, and quality control. You will be mainly accountable for: • Preparing technical documentation regarding process phases, related methods, and cycle times. • Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff. • Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements. • Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during internal and external process and equipment start-up.     Qualifications for the role

    • You are highly skilled in working with production process optimization tools and methodologies and the industrial automation market.
    • You have few years of experience in production engineering, including experience with process optimization and cycle time analysis. (Optional: working as Production Engineer with machinery and automation systems.)
    • You possess an enhanced knowledge of production management software such as SAP and MES systems.
    • You are passionate about collaboration and problem-solving and are innovative in process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
    • Completed apprenticeship and further education in the technical field (e.g., Technician).
    • You are at ease communicating in German; good knowledge in English is an advantage.
    • You hold current work permit for the respective country.
