Production Supervisor

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels. • Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. • Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance. • Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams. Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in our production team in switchgear industry
• You have 6 to 10 years of experience in Production Planning, Manpower Planning, Collaboration with cross functional team, HSE requirements on shopfloor, ISO documentation
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP - PP & MM
• Degree in Mechanical engineering
• You are at ease communicating in English
