Production Supervisor m/f/d

In this position, you will lead a production line team in the Smart Power sector, ensuring continuity and efficiency of production in compliance with rules and procedures as well as quality and safety standards and policies. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will contribute to the transformation of parts and materials into ABB products in a cost effective and timely manner, while managing a team to achieve production goals.

Your responsibilities

• Manage your team on a daily basis to ensure efficiency and achievement of operational production objectives in terms of safety, quality, on-time delivery (OTD), production quantities, productivity, ...
• Collaborate with your counterparts and the Production Manager to ensure continuity of production for all site teams.
• Drive our employee program for your teams, manage recruitment, team management and administrative support.
• Ensure cooperation between the different departments to solve technical, quality or logistical problems.
• Collaborate with all the support services to deploy our continuous improvement plan and pilot the production part.

Your background

• At least 3 years of technical training.
• At least 3 years experience in an industrial environment and at least 3 years experience in team management.
• Proven experience working on a production line.
• Fluency in French is mandatory, operational English would be a plus.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong lean and continuous improvement awareness.
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security regulations: HSE is everyone's business.
