Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

This position involves heading a team in the Electrification Smart Powe business, ensuring continuous and efficient production operations in line with plans, procedures, and quality and safety standards and policies. In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.

Production Manager

Your responsibilities

• Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the ELSP.
• Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.
• Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.
• Working with HR Management to ensure that the ELSP is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
• Guiding, motivating, and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
• 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Management of unionized personnel (payroll, permits, vacations, etc.).
• English basic (Intermediate is a plus).
