    Project Engineer

    You will be working as Project Engineer and will be reporting to Technical Training Coordinator and will be a part of Process Automation Business Area for Measurement & Analytics Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for coordinating assigned aspects of the project and supports Project Managers in the management and execution of the project and executing work packages as assigned and supervised by a PM/SPM/PD.

    Your responsibilities

    • Designing of analyzer systems, mainly sample handling systems such as fast loop systems according to the client requirement & requisition by the client’s consultant
    • Analyzing the project requirements, generating technical queries
    • Preparing of the drawings and submitted to customers/consultant for approval and resubmit if any observation will be marked by customer/consultant
    • Preparing of drawings for the in-house manufacturing
    • Interaction with various vendors regarding the Specifications/Clarification of required material
    • Preparing of Quality Assurance Plan, Detailed Factory Acceptance test documents and getting approval from the customer for in house inspection
    • Designing and implementation of cause & effect charts in analyzer systems, mainly in analyzer shelters for providing the safe working of analyzer in line with safe/hazardous area location
    • Involving in the design & integration of analyzer systems which includes the sample handling systems, data acquisition systems, standalone analyzer cabinets, analyzer shelters, skid mounted density meters, PLC panels etc

    Your background

    • Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering
    • Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in Process Analyzer System design engineering
    • Fair knowledge of continuous Gas Analyzers, Process Gas Chromatographs, FTNIR, Liquid Analyzers, Physical Properties Analyzers, Gas Detectors
    • Fair knowledge of sizing/selection of Sampling System Components such as Pump, Pressure Regulators, Flow Meters, Pressure/Temperature
    • Good knowledge of Power Distribution Panel design, MCB/RCBo, Relays sizing and selection
    • Knowledge in SAP to handle on daily basis for purchase request, order tracking, etc
