Project Engineer

You will be working as Project Engineer and will be part of Electrification business for Services division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Project Operations Manager and will be responsible for complete execution of jobs/projects starting from project handover till project closure. Coordinating with site team. Monitoring and controlling of installation, testing, pre-commissioning of supplied equipment’s at various sites and submission of reports to Customer/PM.

Your responsibilities

• Involving during tender stage technical and commercial discussions and take hand over of projects from marketing
• Defining project milestones and deliverables, draw up project schedule, Initiate activities according to schedule
• Overall coordination and monitoring of commercial formalities, inspection documentation, dispatch, and post-dispatch activities etc
• Project closure meeting with customer and circulation of lessons learnt within internal team and customer
• Continuing to promote the Safety & Integrity culture consistently across the organization
• Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations on behalf of the company within the area of responsibility

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project management role
• Should have strong product knowledge of Medium Voltage Switchgears & Low Voltage Switchgear
• Knowledge in SAP SD module
• Excellent communication with an ability to influence both internally and externally
• Should be a strong in team building and driving continuous improvement projects with cross functional colleagues
• Should have a strong drive, questioning attitude and passion for improvements
