As a Project Engineer, you will drive improvements in production of ELDS Division in Rakovski Branch. Your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way.
This position reports to
Engineering manager
Your responsibilities
- Processing and transforming technical documentation as electrical schematics and mechanical drawings according customer requirements
- Contacts the designers from the other ABB destinations in case of technical issue or missing product documentations. Proactively suggests solutions
- Ensure the smoothly change of revisions in the products
- Ensures the production process complies with the customer requirements
- Startup of new production lines (facilities, instruments, assembly instructions, trainings and tests)
- Provides support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up
- Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities
- Supporting Planning and SCM team for preparing RFQs to suppliers and evaluating the technical aspect of the offers. Consulting suppliers on ABB requirements.
Your background
- Technical bachelor`s degree, electrical/ mechatronic background will be an advantage
- Production experience
- Good written and verbal communication in English. Native Bulgarian language is a must
- Computer literacy - Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word). ERP, MRP knowledge will be an advantage
- Good AutoCAD knowledge will be advantage
- Good communicational skills and customer-focused orientation
- Ability to work in a team environment.
