Project Engineer for Control Systems (DCS)

Working as a Project Engineer, you will be the Engineering for various Control Systems engineering projects in Process Automation in Mexico, providing technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals. In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
• Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.
• Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in San Luis Potosi and elsewhere.
• Developing your management and communication skills by working with entry-level employees.
• Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Your background

• Control and Automation, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of process control systems, PLC programming, controller programming and client-server networks.
• Long term travel availability.
• Intermediate English level.
