Project Engineer For Electrification Products

This role is fundamental to convert customer orders to drawings and BOMs that comply with customer requirements. The role of Project Engineer is crucial for the actual development of the product sold by ABB.

This position reports to

Engineering Manager II

Your responsibilities

• Creation of Class I, II and III drawings.
• Creation of Bills of Materials.
• Selection of adequate Electrical Equipment.
• Assist customer on questions/comments regarding his product.
• Coaches new engineers to learn the products faster.

Your background

• Bachelor´s in Electrical (desirable), Electro-Mechanical, Control, Automation, Mechanical-Electrician Engineering or similar.
• 1 to 2 years of experience (minimum) in a similar role.
• E-plan proficiency and Solid works (preference).
• Knowledge of CAD.
• SAP Proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of Medium Voltage MCC plus Medium Voltage Switchgear.
• Experience to design the Switchgear Medium Voltage.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Advanced English.
