    Project Lead CoE PLC global Manufacturing Testing Automation (f/m/d)

    As Project Lead you will be responsible for our global PLC (Manufacturing) PCBA & Finished Good Testings and take on the role as Project Manager global automation projects.

    Your responsibilities

    • Responsibility for global PLC (Manufacturing) PCBA & Finished Good Testing (AC500, AC500-eCo, HMI)
    • Lead a small team and organize the team for PLC standard test cell & prockets programming
    • Independently create concepts and coordinate mechanics & wiring with our established partners, as well as take over programming and connectivity to global tools
    • Project management of various global automation projects, tracking deadlines & deliverables and driving ideas in terms of continuous improvement
    • Responsible for the standardization of FG test equipment (see CARline concept) and PCBA tester (for EMS acquisitions) (availability / connection online data, etc.)
    • Consideration of ergonomics, machine safety and CE declaration, as well as tendering, awarding and supervision of external partners for test & inspection equipment production
    • Support of the interface between CoE PLC and the global manufacturing, by optimization of test procedures and the associated requirements.

    Your background

    • At least 3 years of professional experience in testing and automation, working as a project manager for production-related automation projects
    • In-depth knowledge of build techniques, processes and tools
    • Strong focus on safe work practices and commitment to compliance with all relevant workplace safety guidelines
    • Very high level of self-motivation, interest in new things and a desire to learn new technologies
    • A team player with a solution-oriented approach and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree or comparable degree in automation technology, electrical engineering or in a similar field
    • Business fluent communication in German and English
