    Your responsibilities

    • Ensuring that engineering is developed with complete information - all multidisciplinary information has been included in the engineering development.

    • Evaluating, selecting and adapting standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with moderately complex features. leading engineering activities in assignments classified as low engineering complexity.

    • Performing basic & detailed engineering activities and provide optimized solutions for the Instrumentation in industrial projects. Reviewing of P&IDs, providing specialist inputs and guidance on all instruments related aspects of process design, reviewing of design document prepared by engineers and designers

    • Preparing of specification / datasheet for valve, flow meters, transmitters, gauges, flow computers, tank gauging system, analyzers. Performing and review of sizing calculations for orifice, control valve and PSV

    • Authorization-Acts as a design authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines. May act as design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completes engineering assignments for that discipline

    • Collaborating on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues or providing solutions to correct engineering errors. Providing technical support to commissioning and start-up activities

    • Supporting contract manager in issuing claims (new scope of work, cost impact, time impact and risk quantifications, etc.). Defining project tasks and ensuring allocation of these tasks among project team members. Defining schedule, cost and quality metrics. Coordinating the creation of work plans and cost estimates in all applicable engineering disciplines

    • Working with customers to shape and deliver solutions, seeking feedback and innovating with the customer to drive and deliver improvements. Attending project meetings and presents all technical aspects of project assignments. Interacting with officials, contractors, suppliers and others

    Your background

    • BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation or Electronics engineering from a reputed university

    • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in detailed engineering, end to end project engineering and team handling

    • Experience in preparation of specification / datasheet, customer interaction, vendor offer reviews

    • Experience in products like instruments, valves, flow meter, TFMS and analyzers. Working on power sector (hydro/thermal) or oil & gas or chemical or energy industrial projects

    • Knowledge of relevant international standards & excellent communication skills
