The Project Manager takes an important position in the planning of orders related to UPS systems in the electrification business in Switzerland. They coordinate and plan the provision of the necessary internal and external resources and coordinate the smooth process. You report to the Head of Project/Engineering Team and are the main contact person for the customer during the execution of an order. You will optimize customer satisfaction by meeting all commitments and requirements. The workplace can be either Baden or Zuzwil.

Your responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordination of projects within Switzerland.
• Efficient planning of resources in the project business with following points: Proximity, qualification, urgency etc.
• Planning and coordination of different installation works on site and at existing customers' premises
• Scheduling of jobs such as transport, installations and commissioning
• Communicate with external planners, valuable customers, sales, service, etc.
• Monitoring of ongoing projects
• Quick adaptation to changing circumstances, e.g. breakdowns, outages of technicians, postponement of deadlines by customers
• Act as a competent interface between customers and service technicians
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and business results

Your background

• Completed training in the technical field (preferably in electrical engineering (electrician, electrical draftsman, automation engineer)).
• Experience and knowledge in MS Office 365
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
