    Project Management Engineer

    As a Project Management Engineer for Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for working with different teams to complete NPI project development and transfer.

    This position reports to

    Engineering Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Being a main coordinator – both external (with US and China R&D team) and internal (different department) during NPI Stage.
    • Initiating Kick-off Meeting – will hold the kick-off meeting for all new models for transfer
    • Managing the Checklist (Kick-Off, Pre-Pilot Run Review and NPI to MP Checklist) and initiate review/transfer meetings. Find and solve design issues during pilot run.
    • Managing the Preparation & Build Schedule – following-up all the activities for NPI Build, materials preparations, preparations of fixtures and documentations.
    • Scheduling the DFM Review meeting between the Factory and Engineering
    • Leading the escalation process for product with high risk to transfer to mass production or not meeting some of the conditions to transfer

    Your background

    • A Bachelor's Degree or above
    • Fluent in spoken English, good at English reading and writing
    • Have good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit. Cooperate with different teams to make good coordination for NPI project development and transfer
    • Quick learning ability, clear logical thinking
    • Proficient in use of MS office tools
    • More than two years product management experience is preferred. Excellent fresh graduates can also be considered
