    As a GI-Painting Project manager for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible to form project team, coordinating with the internal engineers with operation department, coordinating with the purchasing for external contractors for engineering support.

    Local Sub-Product Gp Mgr-North China GI

    Your responsibilities

    • Forming project team, coordinating with the internal engineers with operation department, coordinating with the purchasing for external contractors for engineering support
    • Establishing project planning and maintain the planning dynamically, being responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning
    • Establishing the budget plan with internal proposal team, SCM and controlling team, dynamically adjust and control the budget and costs
    • Taking responsibility of daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payments
    • Being in charge of change of scope, following company’s process on change management
    • Establishing risk management, build mitigation plan
    • Building project team
    • Building and maintaining customer relationship

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s in science, engineering study, mechanical background preferred or Master’s degree from reputed university preferred
    • 5 years+ working experience, 3 years+ project management experience
    • 2 years + foreign companies working experience, familiar with ERP tools such as SAP system, American & European company preferred
    • Experience in engineering of automation system project, particularly in painting field
    • Project management experience proved by certificate of Worldwide company or PMI
    • Perfect English speaking, explicit oral/written expression
    • Strong leadership + decisive + analytical skill
