Project / Operations Manager (Robotics)

We are looking for a candidate who will be able to lead project operations in our Global Solution Center which is located in Bursa / Gemlik location. She/He will be the leader of the operation team with an ambitious growth target in robot automation serving global automotive industry. Candidate will have a leading role in transforming our organization for serving European customers as the first priority.

Your background

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Control and Automation or Industrial Engineering,
• Min 5 years of people management experience,
• Strong organization and communication skills, and good at change management,
• Cross-country project management experience and PMP certification is highly preferred,
• Preferably experience in robotics and/or automation, and/or automotive industry,
• Agile and proactive profile with strong leadership skills,
• Strong multi-stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• MS Office and Project Office programs.
