Project Specialist

You will be working as Project Specialist and will be part of Electrification business for Distribution Solutions business based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Manufacturing Unit Manager and will be responsible for coordinating assigned aspects of the project and supports Project Managers in the management and execution of the project. Executing work packages as assigned and supervised by a PM/SPM/PD.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance to standard ABB internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the project manager or project planning & controls manager
• Effectively communicating appropriate information to project stakeholders (mostly internal)
• Demonstrating an understanding of HSE terms, concept application, reporting and risks related to the project
• Defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and drives the updating process
• Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned by project manager or project documentation specialist and procedures agreed with the customer

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Required 2-5 years’ experience
• Should have SAP, MS Office knowledge, Switchgear-AIS, Order Handling experience
• Have experience marketing background will be good
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
