Position summary
use analysis reports
- Setting up and executing tests for all types of products according to test plans. Defining the details, test sequences, testing methods and procedures, and equipment and instrumentation to be used
- Analyzing and evaluating test results and prepares test reports
- Defining needed product improvements to remove observed problems and to increase quality and uptime of the equipment
- Joining new product development projects, implement reliability engineering practices,
- Monitoring of factory and field quality, analyze, define and implement improvement actions
- Providing technical specialist leadership and coordination for the team
Your background
- Higher technical education (Master degree in electrical engineering preferred)
- At least 3 years’ experience preferably in printed circuit boards in R&D
- Strong electrical engineering knowledge
- Experience in hardware design including electronic components and PCBA design is required
- Background in power electronics preferred
- Strong analytical skills and systematic working methodology with a high degree of personal initiative
- Coordinating team player with excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
