    Quality Control Specialist - Internship

    We are looking for an intern to join our Electrification business as a Quality Control Specialist. You will typically support in the implementation of continuous improvement projects in the local organization in order to create a smarter and digital work environment.

    Quality Control Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Act with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that Energy Distribution products meet stated requirements.
    • Conduct test protocols as assigned to ensure that the products and systems that are created by the local organization meet specified requirements and customer expectations. Assist engineering staff to develop test protocols as necessary to investigate the integrity of new products, or new functionality for existing products.
    • Utilize safety systems to perform work, resulting in an accident-free workplace.
    • Reproduce critical situations that can be found during the system installation and stratifying the defect typology in order to define a plan of product improvement.
    • Collect, record and evaluate utilizing Lean 6 Sigma, engineering standards and specifications, the quantitative metrics that provide descriptive data for the determination of compliance to requirements.

    Your background

    • Student in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanic, Materials or Physic Engineering.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and powert BI.
    • Fluent in Italian (at least B2 level) and very good English knowledge (at least C1 level).
    • Team working, good interpersonal skills, results orientation, innovation spirit, proactivity and leadership.
