    Position summary

    he Production organization's assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. • Identifies and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements. • Prepares technical documentation regarding the process phases and the related methods and cycle times. • Mentoring and networking opportunities. • Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in mechanical engineering or related fields in the United States.
    • Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
    • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
    • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
    • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
    • Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
