We are looking for a Quality Specialist for our Electrification business in Dalmine. You will deploy and facilitate the quality, ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, and representing the customer’s voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. In this role you will provide assistance and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Electrification Distribution Solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Standardize the workstations of all production lines implementing the 5S principles.
• Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements and making sure that 5S are applied and effective.
• Performing specific audits and using analytics to identify non-conformances and assisting in applying corrective and preventive action.
• Utilizing systems and tools to assist the Lean engineers with 5S audit outcome and implement corrective actions to ensure that production lines meet expectations.
• Helping local teams apply an operational approach and process management system that are continually evaluated for effectiveness.

Your background

• Technical Diploma.
• Sound knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (focus on 5S) or Quality Wins methodology.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Good Knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
