    As a Quality Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Tokyo, Japan, you will be responsible for taking ownership of handling and administrating resolution of customer quality issues (Technical, Warranty, Product Quality) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Product Marketing Management, Feeder Factories, and other internal and external stakeholders.

    Your responsibilities

    • Taking ownership of product quality issues for Japan market
    • Working with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure complete issue resolution to customer’s satisfaction
    • Analyzing root cause of problems and ensure permanent corrective and preventative actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence
    • Ensuring high quality customer experience from initial complaint through to final resolution
    • Monitoring product defect PPM and work with relevant stakeholders to decrease PPM over time
    • Identifying and monitoring trends in product defects and work with feeder factories to resolve
    • Utilizing ABB Tools to support case management
    • Ensuring Salesforce (SFDC) to track cases and record case details and resolution

    Your background

    • Strong communication skill for making a good relationship with customers, and all other internal and external stakeholders
    • Global communication skill for collaborating with factory (Fluent English - TOEIC score 700 or more)
    • Native level of Japanese skill (JLPT N1 level)
    • Strong technical knowledge of industrial low voltage electrical products and equipment
    • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent “on the job” technical experience
    • Proficient skill of MS-Office 365
