As a Quality Specialist for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system, ensuring the system operation in accordance with the relevant requirements

Your responsibilities

• Organizing the team to establish and improve the company's quality management system, and be responsible for the promotion, implementation and monitoring of the system's operation
• Being responsible for organizing the establishment of the documented management system in accordance with the requirements, and continuously optimizing the follow-up actual operation
• Assisting quality manager to formulate quality policies and goals
• Supervising and guiding every department to implement the quality system documents and check their implementation
• Handling matters irrelevant to the quality system standards, and monitor the effect of the operation on time
• Reviewing the company's quality management system process, analyze the problems, and make the solution, then follow up the implementation
• Organizing and implementing internal audits of the company's quality system and assist management representatives to do the management evaluations
• Being responsible for assisting each department to modify the system documents, organize and implement the system document study and training
• Being responsible for the statistics, analysis and feedback of the relevant data of the quality system operation, responsible for the tracking and verification of the internal audit and the evaluation of unqualified items

Your background

• Familiar with the manufacturing process and control requirements at each stage, and have experience in the implementation of large-scale manufacturing enterprise system processes
• More than 5 years of system implementation experience, be able to independently organize internal audits
• Have the experience of whole-process promotion system counseling, and be able to independently conduct management diagnosis and process optimization training counseling to the enterprise
• Familiar with ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO22163 management requirements, and hold ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO22163 certificates
• Familiar with various certification documents, and able to draft system documents
• Have strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and execution skills
• Fluent in English, be able to edit English documents, and accept English audits
