As a Quality Specialist for Motion Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for handling and analyzing non-conforming materials in production and push on improvement actions.
This position reports to
Quality Manager
Your responsibilities
- Monitoring supplier quality data and follow up, verify supplier’s corrective and preventive actions
- Organizing and participating in regular supplier audit and monitoring quality improvement of supplier
- Creating or updating quality procedure and inspection criteria, training production worker and verifying its effectiveness
- Monitoring production process quality data and creating, implementing & following up improvement plan
- Organizing and participating in regular process audit and following up quality improvement actions
- Handling customer complaint and following upon improvement actions
Your background
- A bachelor or above degree, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 3 years quality control or process improvement work experience in related manufacturing company
- Good at listening, reading, written & oral English
- Good communication skills and team spirit
