    Quality Specialist

    As a Quality Specialist for Motion Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for handling and analyzing non-conforming materials in production and push on improvement actions.

    This position reports to

    Quality Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Monitoring supplier quality data and follow up, verify supplier’s corrective and preventive actions
    • Organizing and participating in regular supplier audit and monitoring quality improvement of supplier
    • Creating or updating quality procedure and inspection criteria, training production worker and verifying its effectiveness
    • Monitoring production process quality data and creating, implementing & following up improvement plan
    • Organizing and participating in regular process audit and following up quality improvement actions
    • Handling customer complaint and following upon improvement actions

    Your background

    • A bachelor or above degree, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering.
    • More than 3 years quality control or process improvement work experience in related manufacturing company
    • Good at listening, reading, written & oral English
    • Good communication skills and team spirit
