    Quality Specialist

    We are looking for a Quality Engineer in order to strengthen our Quality team. You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. You will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems. You will collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.

    Quality Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Be the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions and suppliers.
    • Act as point of reference for Customers in the management of the non-conformities.
    • Act as point of reference for Customers during the process audits/visits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures.
    • Be responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement.

    Your background

    • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies, knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
    • Experience of 1/2 years in similar roles will be considered a plus.
    • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
    • Problem-solving orientation. Goal oriented, commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
    • Good interpersonal attitude. Positive spirit, proactivity, team working, responsiveness.
    • Willingness to express your full potential bringing-in your value added, ideas and passion to continuously innovate daily job and solutions.
