You will be working as R&D Engineer and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Control Platform division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Team lead and will be responsible to develop the control system on-premises based applications focusing on cyber security solutions with the required knowledge. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be a member of the Agile team in Bangalore, India/Kraków Poland. You will be working in a cross-functional team that operates in an international environment. Being part of this team means also being a part of the huge stream which operates using the Scaled Agile Framework

Your responsibilities

• Designing and developing greenfield products using a microservices architecture
• Following best software development practices to ensure a high-quality product and a great user experience
• Participating in the whole software development lifecycle from analysis, design via implementation, testing to delivery, following best DevOps practices
• Performing a variety of tasks in the assigned area (e.g., mechanics, electronics, thermal, software), from concepts and requirements through designing, implementing, integrating, and testing, to technology transfer or maintenance and operations
• Demonstrating the ability to independently recognize problems and provide input to solutions
• Proposing and participating in relevant product and process improvement programs

Your background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in C# language using .NET/.NET Core and web development technologies
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in writing unit, integration tests and using Git
• Practical skills in using Docker or other containerization technologies is a added advantage
