R&D Engineer

You will be working as R&D Engineer and will be part of Electrification business Area for Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Team Lead and will be responsible for identifying, proposing and implementing innovative technology, software and/or solutions by contributing with own ideas.

Your responsibilities

• Involving in analysis, design and coding the solution. Enhancing and maintaining the application
• Designing, developing, verifying and validating to be done as per industry guidelines and best practices
• Working in a multisite development team and in a multicultural environment, to deal with different role and team members
• Understanding the key drivers for ABB in own business or technology area in order to make judgments and contribute to results
• Understanding how to create customer value and works to increase customer satisfaction
• Contributing actively to the quality of ABB's offering in own area of responsibility

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of good experience in web application and software development
• Experience in Angular https://4.0 or above on 2 project
• Basic understanding of RDBMS/NOSQL and work experience on SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge on C#, Java Script, HTML5, Angular https://4.0 or above, Web API, .Net Core
• Team working, networking, conflict management and thinking systematically
