    Position summary

    nly accountable for: • Running simulation and design studies as well as proposing solutions to critical problems and optimization ideas. • Handling change requests, product localization, optimization, and life cycle management in your functional area. • Creating and managing technical documentation and reports supporting highly effective and dynamic R&D operations. • Collaborating within the team and other functional teams to manage the deliverables and improve R&D efficiency.
    Qualifications for the role

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in firmware development for power products (multi-core processors, DSPs, or microcontrollers).
    • Firmware development for inverters, converters, chargers, state machine control, and inter-module communications.
    • Programming experience in C, C++, and simulation tools like MATLAB as well as knowledge of continuous integration tools like git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
    • Sound knowledge of Software Architecture and Development life cycle.
    • Experience in converting complex power control algorithms and closed-loop control systems into programmable logic.
    • Fluency in English, Italian is a plus.
