As a R&D Engineer for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for development, testing and analysis of the electronic parts of Low-voltage distribution products.

This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for product requirement assessment and implement electronic hardware design
• Being responsible for key parameter calculation, component selection, schematic design, PCB layout and debugging, complete relevant experiments and pass tests to meet product design requirements and standards
• Being responsible for product transformation, solve technical problems in production
• Being responsible for UPS product market demand transformation, project promotion and product design optimization
• Being responsible for related electronic component change and test verification to ensure product quality requirements
• Having good documentation skills, executing and output technical documentation of project process

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Power electronics, Automation, Mechatronics etc.
• At least 3 years related experience in Power electronics industry, UPS experience is preferred
• Proficient in power electronics theory and related power electronics topology, EMC related experience is preferred
• Strong practical ability and clear logical thinking
• STM32 or CORTEX M3/M4 microcontroller software development experience is preferred
• Experience in project management of electronic product development is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit
• Good English reading and writing, can communicate with foreigners in oral English
