    R&D Engineer

    You will be working as R&D Engineer and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Measurement & Analytics Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Project Manager and will be responsible for identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and/or solutions by contributing with own ideas. Working independently as a member of an R&D team

    Your responsibilities

    • Working in a dynamic and creative team with a wide range of experience and expertise with opportunities for career growth will be excellent, both nationally and internationally
    • Focusing on development of digital products and software solutions for various measurement devices
    • Developing and maintaining EDDL Drivers related to industrial field devices. These products would involve connecting field instruments and analyzers industrial platform

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science / Engineering
    • Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in EDDL drivers’ development
    • Development experience in EDDL with compliance to FCG standards with experience in industrial communication protocols such as HART, Profibus, Modbus, FF etc.,
    • Good knowledge on Industrial Automation domain
    • Experience with xml, C etc., industrial host system is an added advantage
    • Willingness to learn further and work in a team independently, following proactive approach while execution, building strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Proven experience in SDLC and cyber security with experience with agile development is an advantage
