    As R&D Hardware Testing Engineer you will strengthen our Electric Vehicle Charging department. You will join the Team that provides world-class charging systems for electric cars, buses and trucks. Our goal is to lay a foundation for the future of smarter, reliable and emission-free mobility. We do this from Kraków, where in Old Town over twenty years ago we placed our center of innovation. We are collaborating with teams located worldwide.     This position reports to

    R&D Team Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Testing and reviewing performance of EV chargers
    • Collaborating with teams located worldwide with focus in hardware development as well as validation of the final product
    • Environmental, thermal and reliability testing of components for new products introduction to series production
    • Multi-disciplinary cooperation with mechanical, electrical and software engineers
    • Maintaining safe work environment
    • Proactively engage on corrective actions for problems detected during the testing
    • Draw up comprehensive test report with clear conclusions

    Your background

    • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial power or scientific equipment
    • Experience with laboratory equipment like thermal testing setups, thermal chambers, oscilloscopes, current probes, multimeters and ability to process data and draw conclusions
    • Fluency in spoken and written English
    • A collaborative, solutions and customer oriented approach, strong communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, virtual and international teams
    • Knowledge of reliability topics will be an additional benefit
