R&D Senior Engineer - .Net Fullstack

You will be working as 'R&D Senior Engineer - .NET Fullstack' and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Digital Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Digital Eco System Manager and you will be responsible for Contributing significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product and/or solution development as well as associated IP by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. Uses unique technical knowledge to oversee development tasks. Can act as the first line contact in R&D/SW development/Product engineering for the specific product related issues and maintenance.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, architect and deliver
• Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. automated testing, code reviews, and writing beautiful, pragmatic code)
• Designing and Development of functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on best practices, usability, and performance
• Mentoring the team driving correct adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices (“Real” Agile, TDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, CI/CD, Cloud, etc.)
• Evaluating technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers Implement high quality software solutions in line with business requirements
• Diagnose and solve technical problems related
• Integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Working in a global software development team, sharing experience and skills with other team members

Your background

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/computer science engineering.
• Required 4 to 8 years of experience in application architecture and development in .NET/Service Oriented models, .NET framework, CLR
• Knowledge of design patterns, Object Oriented Design and microservices architecture principles
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Web API and REST, WCF, LINQ, and MVC
• Experience with UI development using Angular framework
• Experience with Database technologies – Oracle, SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• Experience with integrating application using REST and SOAP
• Experience with building Cloud Native Application Architectures
• Knowledge about various communication protocols like AMQP, MQTT, TCP, Web-socket, Pub-sub
• Experience with Agile/DevOps software development lifecycle methodologies
• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud. Etc
