    R& D Test Engineer

    You will be working as R& D Test Engineer and will be reporting to R&D Team Lead and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for Identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and/or solutions by contributing with own ideas. Works independently as a member of an R&D team

    Your responsibilities

    • Analyzing test requirements from clients and arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases
    • Analyzing, defining, and executing Test Cases (manual or automated)
    • Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
    • Preparing test reports and Defect Tracking and communicating with Test Manager
    • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
    • Working in an agile software development process with international team

    Your background

    • Degree in Engineer Electrical or minimum experience of 5 years in similar field
    • 3 to 6 year’s experience in Manual testing or Industrial Automation (Domain: Industrial Automation/Machine & Factory Automation/Process Automation)
    • Thorough knowledge on Manual testing concepts and Test case Management tools (E.g. Test link, Team foundation server (TFS))
    • Should have Knowledge on Defect Tracking Tools. (E.g., JIRA, BugZilla etc.,) and PLC, SCADA and DCS will add advantage and should have understanding of Test Automation tools and techniques
