R&D Test engineer - CNMOTR

As a R&D Test engineer - CNMOTR for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for designing tests to verify product performance.

This position reports to

Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for giving proposal to improve test method to increase test accuracy
• Arranging test process
• Analyzing test failure root cause
• Working with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets
• Competency to set up a test room is a plus
• Cooperating with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting

Your background

• A bachelor or above degree required
• Familiar with test standards
• Familiar with certification standards
• Good computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, etc.
• Good level of written & reading skills in English
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills in English & Chinese
• Able to work actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking
