ponsible for implementing strategic programs / tools / processes in the service community, worldwide. You will provide operational support for country service teams to improve their performance accurately and consistently. You will participate in project work according to confirmed strategic initiatives and drive its implementation and execution to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Global Implementation Manager of Global Field Operations, at ABB Robotics' Service Business Line.
Drive the implementation of new or enhanced functionalities/features within the service community worldwide, according to strategically important initiatives.
Understand and contribute to the initiatives by participating in respective project work throughout its lifecycle.
Drive the change in the local organization. Implement new functionalities/features from global projects into Local Service Organizations, within the countries.
Assess the gaps in usage of the global tools in Robotics service units and jointly develop action plans to overcome
existing gaps and/or align with business process owner of new requirements.
Participate and facilitate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training/education on new/existing processes in the Local Service Organizations. Collect feedback and drive for
improvement. Manage global documentation and keep training materials up-to-date.
Collaborate closely with global implementation manager and global business process owners. Collaborate closely with
Local Service Managers, and the respective local team representatives.
Collaborate with Regional entities of the Service Organization (DOC's, Regional Managers). Drive the right actions and
manage professional communications with global and local stakeholders.
Lead the change by solving major problems in processes used by country service teams. Drive Services' quality
improvement and efficiency improvement, ensuring that local country requirements are considered in the developments.
Actively collaborate with field service champions and stakeholders to gather opportunities to gain automation and efficiency in e-2-e processes.
Adopt new/improved functionalities in global tools and support the success of local service teams.
University level education with 5+ years of IT experience in developing, configuring, deploying and maintaining applications within the respective solution delivery area.
Ability to quickly understand the real business problems and address them.
Business focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced with managing, implementing, or deploying application services, a strong understanding of functional end-to-end processes required.
Proven performance as an implementation team member in a complex, global organization with internal and external interfaces.
Experience successfully leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams with ability to promote a team environment.
Must be experienced in teaching users and coaching them.
Resilient and result oriented, team player and ability to collaborate in multicultural environment.
Self-organized person who has repeatedly implemented processes and tools.
Fluent written & spoken English language skills. Well-developed communication & presentation skills to report the findings
in a clear, structured manner. Ability to work in a virtual team.
